This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Viktorious LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Member," "Client," "you," or "your") upon your purchase of a VIP Membership. This Agreement governs the relationship between you and the Company and sets forth the scope, limitations, and terms of the services provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Viktorious LLC operates a membership-based service that provides education, consultative guidance, and referral coordination for individuals interested in indexed universal life insurance (IUL) and related financial strategies.
We connect our members with licensed life insurance professionals who operate within our network, Our role is similar to a referral and coordination service. We facilitate introductions, provide educational resources, and offer ongoing support throughout the life of your policy.
Viktorious LLC is not an insurance carrier, does not underwrite or issue insurance policies, and does not act as a fiduciary on your behalf.
The relationship between you and Viktorious LLC is that of a service provider and client. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or fiduciary relationship between the parties.
Licensed insurance agents in our network are independent professionals. They maintain their own professional licenses, carry their own errors and omissions (E&O) insurance, and are individually responsible for their professional conduct and regulatory compliance.
As a VIP Member, you are entitled to the following services:
One or more consultative sessions with a licensed insurance professional to discuss your financial goals, review your situation, and explore whether an indexed universal life insurance strategy may be appropriate for you. These sessions are educational and consultative in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
A general review of your income, savings, and financial goals as they relate to life insurance planning. This review is not a comprehensive financial plan and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a certified financial planner, tax professional, or attorney.
Guidance through the life insurance application process, including carrier selection and application submission. The licensed agent working with you will recommend carriers based on competitive fees, favorable loan provisions, and policy design considerations. Final underwriting and approval decisions rest solely with the insurance carrier.
Assistance setting up digital tools or applications provided by the insurance carrier to manage your policy, including viewing policy details, requesting loans, and updating beneficiary information.
Ongoing, unlimited support for the life of your policy, including but not limited to annual policy reviews, loan request guidance, beneficiary change assistance, trust transfer coordination, and general policy questions. This support is provided at no additional cost beyond your initial membership fee, for as long as your policy remains active and in good standing with the insurance carrier.
A complimentary introductory consultation with an estate planning professional in our network. If you choose to engage the estate planning professional for additional services (trusts, power of attorney documents, deed transfers, etc.), those services are provided by the estate planning professional directly, at their rates (with a 50% discount extended to VIP Members). Any agreement for estate planning services is between you and the estate planning professional, not Viktorious LLC.
This Agreement and your VIP Membership do not include:

The VIP Membership fee is $295, payable as a one-time payment. This fee covers access to the services described in Section 3 of this Agreement. The membership fee is nonrefundable. All sales are final.
The membership fee does not include insurance premiums. Insurance premiums are determined by the insurance carrier based on your age, health, coverage amount, and policy design, and are your sole responsibility.
Your VIP Membership begins upon receipt of payment and remains active for the life of any policy placed through our network. If no policy is placed, the consultative and design services included in your membership are available for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If a policy is placed, the Wealth Care Plan and ongoing support continue for as long as the policy remains active.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if:
If we terminate your membership for cause, no refund of the membership fee will be provided.
Not Investment Advice: Viktorious LLC, its owners, officers, employees, subsidiaries, service providers, content providers, and agents are not financial or investment advisers and are not licensed to sell securities or investments. None of the information provided, including the F.L.I.P. System (our proprietary strategy), is intended as investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, as an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell securities, or as an endorsement of any company, security, fund, or other offering.
No Guarantees: The information provided should not be relied upon for purposes of transacting securities or other investments. Your use of the information contained herein is at your own risk. The content is provided "as is" and without warranties, either expressed or implied. Viktorious LLC does not promise or guarantee any income or particular result from your use of the information provided.
Illustrations Are Projections: Policy illustrations, case studies, hypothetical scenarios, and projections shown in any of our materials are based on assumed interest crediting rates, premium schedules, and loan activity. They are not guarantees of future performance. Actual policy values will depend on the crediting rate declared by the insurance company, actual charges deducted, premiums paid, loans taken, and other factors. The S&P 500 index is referenced for crediting purposes only — your money is not directly invested in the stock market.
Licensed Professionals: All insurance transactions are facilitated by licensed life insurance agents. Insurance products are sold only in states where the agent is properly licensed. All insurance products are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the specific policy issued.
Independent Decision: It is your responsibility to evaluate any information, opinion, advice, or other content provided. Please seek the advice of qualified professionals as appropriate regarding the evaluation of any specific information, opinion, or other content. The decision to purchase any insurance product is yours alone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viktorious LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for your VIP Membership ($295).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viktorious LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misrepresentation of any information, or your interaction with any insurance carrier or third-party professional.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Viktorious LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes to the scope of services will not retroactively reduce services already promised to existing members. Your continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Service Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Viktorious LLC regarding the VIP Membership.
